Update On Service Interruption This Past Weekend

We performed planned system maintenance this past weekend and as a result Online, Mobile and Telephone Banking were unavailable for a period of time. If you are experiencing issues accessing these services, please read below.

Troubleshooting Tips:

  • If you are unable to access Online Banking, we ask that you clear your browser cache and cookies, and then restart your browser. If you have the site bookmarked, you will want to clear the bookmark as well.
  • If you are unable to access Mobile Banking, you may need to update and/or uninstall and reinstall the app. After reinstalling the app, uncheck the “Remember Me” and “Enable Touch ID” boxes and entered in your login credentials. After those are entered, you can re-check the boxes and then click Log In.
  • If you still have an issue accessing these services after trying these options, please call a BECU representative at 800-233-2328 from Monday-Friday from 7am-7pm and Saturdays from 9am-1pm

Please Note: We are experiencing a high volume of calls so there may be a delay when calling a BECU representative. If you need immediate assistance, please consider visiting a BECU location.

Enhancements lead to exciting new features!
We are taking this opportunity to implement enhancements to our operating systems to help better serve our membership. We are pleased to announce that these enhancements will allow us to offer more exciting member-inspired features in the future.

  1. Soon you will be able to change your debit card PIN easily using BECU Online Banking without having to go to a BECU ATM or location.

  2. Also, when you are traveling away from home, you will be able to conveniently notify us of your travel plans using BECU Online Banking to help ensure that there isn't any interruption when trying to use your BECU card. We will still monitor your account for fraudulent activity, but this is a helpful way of letting us know that you intend to use your card outside of your normal area and activity.

  3. We also want to make it easier for you to monitor your credit health and that's why we are adding Credit Scores to Online Banking so you can check your number whenever you want an update on your credit health.

Stay tuned for more information on when these features will be available and other exciting features to come as well. As always, continue to visit our News Center at www.becu.org/news for the most up-to-date information.
